i have a integra that idles like **** like between 200 and 500 rpms all the time my buddy told me it could be the fact that the guy i got the car from put a b18 b1 intake manifold on my b18 a1 but im not sure it drives fine though and im not sure what it is any ideas ?

 

before your start spending money i would try cleaning your throttle body and your MAP sensor... just to make sure you covered everything before dishing out money

 

Have you tried to adjust the idle control screw/locking nut. That doesn't cost a thing and should fix you right up. There needs to be a certain amount of slack on your throttle cable so don't get it too tight. Remember to have the car at operating temperature before adjusting your idle though.

so ive tried everything i can think of but its still not working right

 

could be the swapped intake manifold. maybe it has a different iac valve and the ecu cant adjust idle correctly?
