Just getting into the honda game for real. I had a 2003 hx... (******-back)... now i have eg coupe... I was wanting to keep a sohc but i wanted either one of the new d series and turbo it... but people keep telling me to go b and it would be more bang for ya buck... but i dont want a b... everybody got one... if i did go b... would it be cheaper to piece together a head and block and get it assembled or just to buy a swap... because i want a dd/beast... that why i was gonna stay sohc and turbo and/or nos... I saw a k24a2 for the low but by the time i get my loot it will be gone... just want to know what you guys think... please dont be an ***...

 

a k24 is gonna be like 6 gs i would go with a turbo'd d series bro

 

i found one for like 2 gs... is it that the install and all other things needed will equal that amount...

 

If money is the least bit of a concern go B and do a complete swap. Hmotorsonline.com is a good example. Just remember don't do anything half way or it will not be a DD.
