adjust the idle on the throttle body it should be a flat head and adjust that to the left till ur idle stays up.usually when ur car starts up and dies it's the intake air temperature but correct me if i'm wrong.

The p2e uses the iat on the filter box right on top of the throttle body
The p75 uses it in one of the runners on the im you can keep either style you want just wir it respectively

i have adjusted the iacv still rough, i mean the vehicle running rough sound like misfire also bogging act like fuel cut when test drive. iat is not really important with bogging and fuel cut.
i've seen lot of ppl got the same problem on this site. but they never have the answer post.
i've switch the distributor to obd1 and runs with obd1 ecu. the same thing happen
i've check with boomslang distributor conversion, it shown different, it shown backward of cyp and tdc mean neg switch to pos, is it that rite?
thank you

Maybe your timing is off by a tooth?
It would bog and maybe die if its off by more than a tooth

The dizzy conversion shouldnt be it. They do this for a living; and I did it in like 10 min from start to finish its pretty much color matching

But check timing it wouldnt hurt

i had the same problem and the same exact setup. it was the timing. it was retarded way too much. also, check spark plug, injectors, and spark plug wires. is it in the right order?

distributor: 3 4
1 2

head: dizzy to timing belt - 4 3 2 1

also check if the plugs are correct. iacv, tps, etc...
