main relay test?

main relay test?
Car has been sitting for a while, charged the battery, tried to start but I don't hear the fuel pump coming on or any clicks from the main relay. I tried to search "test main relay" but came up with no answer. Can anyone help me? Relay was new shortly before the car was parked. but I really can't remember how long the car has been sitting. Any thoughts would be greatly apperciated.
