I just recently had my hahn 16g turbo rebuilt.
and after i reinstalled it, i couldnt build any boost.
the shaft spins freely, and ive took all my charge pipes off and recoupled them. my Bov opens and closes fine and all of my vac lines seem to be alright..
but for some reason my car will not build boost..
any suggestions would help.
it has a d16z6 motor.
I put a boost gauge on and i pull a 20vac and when at WOT it will barely move from 0.
I done a boost leak test and couldnt find any major leaks.

 

Doesn't sound like the turbo was rebuilt properly.
