Default Boost problem

I just recently had my hahn 16g turbo rebuilt.
and after i reinstalled it, i couldnt build any boost.
the shaft spins freely, and ive took all my charge pipes off and recoupled them. my Bov opens and closes fine and all of my vac lines seem to be alright..
but for some reason my car will not build boost..
any suggestions would help.
it has a d16z6 motor.

it really just sounds like a major leak. look over everything for any cracks. this sort of thing happened to me once and i found out i had a crack in my BOV where the vac line hooked to it. put mighty putty over it, let it dry and its worked perfectly ever since.
