Default Whose car torque-stears really bad when they hit boost??

I now have a really bad problem with my car torque steering whenever I hit boost in the upper rpm's.

If the boost is set to 10psi or 11psi its not really that bad but once I switch to 14psi I can hardly keep the car under control and its just going side to side...

Also is there any way of fixing this besides tuning down the boost?

Tell me about your experiances with this and if it even happens to you guys..

Thanks,

Adi

I used to have this problem as well... Car would feel scary sometimes on the top end because the front end would try to jump all over the place. As soon as I got new tires (old tires had inside edge eaten) it's alot better. I think the quaife is helping out a little as well. HTH

quaife helps alot on torque steer. I used to pull hard right or left I forgot but now it's resolved except minor left right pull alittle. ( not some time left and right. It's left right left right sort of pull, it never go straight).

start lifting weights.
Hey thats not a bad Idea.

On the other note my tires only have about 2 thousand miles on them but I don't have lsd or traction bars...

Well.... you probably already know this but make sure your alignment is good..

Mine does that, but I found I have a bad upper ball joint and it is causing an alignment problem.

How's your suspension?

I think that my suspension is in pritty good shape but I definitely have camber issues up front sence both the front wheels toe-out.....

So that might actually be my problem...

It's called an LSD

I get torque steer but it's more in a forward direction.. as each tire grips and the lsd transferrs the power to each wheel...

I can't imagine a turbo car without an LSD....

both the front wheels toe-out.....
toe out is the big problem. i kinda have the same problem since i got my skunk2 camber kit. my car just wants to follow every dip in the road and turn into it.

with the z10 radius arms does it affect the feel of the car around turns? i know they help you go strait but how well does it perform around tight corners?

I get some pretty bad torque steer too. I removed my power steering belt and it helps quite a bit. But when I do a 2nd 3rd 4th gear pull it still gets a little squirrley.
I hope to get an LSD soon to help with this and the main concern, traction!
