so the motor went im my car an i found another to swap in from a older civic a 93... anyways i just resently put it in and have not got it to start it flashs like its in drive when its in park... its has spark it has compression and the header is off and exsess fuel is spraying out the ports bit it still wont fire and dont know why it wont pop off

 

any clues would help alot

 

What does this mean?

Did you replace the original OBDII ECU with an OBDI ECU that matches the replacement engine?

Is the mechanical timing off? Are the plug wires installed in the wrong firing order?
