Default obd2 ewh to obd1 gsr distributor

I have searched the net for close to 3 hours now and im still in a bind.

I have a 99 civic ex Obd2b
I have a old spare 98 civic lx engine wiring harness

I have swapped the larger 10 pin plug onto my factory engine harness.

However when it comes to depinning the obd1 gsr distributor to replace it with me 99 civic si distributor plugs I am confused as to which colors go to which.

Both the distributors share the same colors

when looking at the plug with the pins facing towards you and the wires facing away they both are in this order:

yellow/green 1111111 blue/green 11111111 orange/blue 111111111 orange
empty 111111111 blue/white 111111111 white/green 111111111 white
111111111111111 blue 1111111111111 black/yellow1111111111111

on the old spare ek lx harness (remeber this is the plug i put onto my harness) the colors are: again with the wires facing away from you

yellow 11111111 green 11111111 dark blue 111111111 yellow/green
black 111111111 red 11111111 white 111111111 empty
1111111111111111111 light blue 111111111 black/yellow 1111111111111

the obd1 gsr engine wire harness which came with the motor has a color diagram of: (again wires facing away from you and clip on top)

empty 111111 blue/yellow 11111111 white/blue 1111111 white
white/green 11111111 light blue 111111111 orange/blue 11111111 orange

small plug:
1111111111111111 black/yellow 11111111 blue111111111111

when referring to this schematic I am not seeing the colors they are listing........http://ff-squad.com/tech/wiring/obd1-2dizzywiring.jpg

can someone please explain??

Do it by pin location, not color.

That's the #9 and #10 pin of the OBD1 plug above. So Ignition Input and Engine Speed Out put, respectively. Can you be a little more specific of what you're problem is? Are the wires disconnected? Are you using a different OBD distributor, where there isn't that 2nd smaller plug? Simply saying that you don't know where it goes, could mean many things.
