Car worked 100% when it went on the jack stands. I pulled the d out and but a b16a in with a hasport subharness now the fuel pump isn't priming. With the b16 ecu there is no prime or click at all from the main relay it's also not throwing any codes. With the d16 the main relay is just constantly clicking now. Could the b16 ecu be bad? I've double checked my repins on the harness to make sure I didn't repin the wrong ones.

 

Valve cover and tranny are both grounded. Maybe a bad ECU?

 

Battery is good? Lights coming on? What happens when you crank?

 

Battery is good, Radio comes on, Lights come on. When I crank it, It just turn and turns.

 

check all your fuses

 

All fuses are good.

 

Main relay just tested good.

 

After much googling I came to a thread on CRXCommunity that talked about ecu issues and trouble shooting them. Long story short I had missed the ground on the engine harness, It looks just like the one that came with the hasport harness so I just combined the two in my mind I guess. Thanks to those we tried to help me.
