Hi, Im aware the s372r uses a 3.5" vband on the compressor housing.. Im going to do backdoor into one side of the intercooler... Now, on the other side. I want to run 2.5" piping to the throttle body.

Can I do this or do I need to run 3" worried about compressor surge. Its on a DSM, but same difference, power will be 750++.

Thanks, wayyy more honda guys build cars using these kind of budgets on builds then dsm guys, so its easier to get good opinions here.

 

I would definately run 3" minimum, stepping down piping a whole inch is not very desireable IMO
