Default New owner, few questions here

Hey guys what's up, thanks in advance for reading this.. I just picked up a 00 AP1 with 95,000 miles it is in great shape. Just curious when I should change the chain tensioner? Also any other concerns or things I should take care of immediately? Thank you all again for your input and help.

I just purchased my 2nd s2k, it has 140k and the tensoiner needs replacing when I got it so, I would go ahead and change it along with maybe oil pump, plugs wire etc. Do you have service history on the car?

If your TCC isn't making noise than there's no need to really change it. Did you do a compression test on the motor?

As others have said, there is no need to change the TCT until it goes out on your. If and when it does, it will not prevent you from driving the car. It will just be very noisy and annoying. Youtube TCT S2000 and you will hear what we are talking about.

Yeah I checked it out on youtube, that is definitely annoying and loud. Thanks for all the input I just was under the impression that it is like a timing belt which we know is very detrimental if popped while driving
