Hey guys i have a GS-r teg i bought not long ago with 215k miles on the odometer. I have never owned anything with vtec and i wanted to know if my car is still pulling like is should. All its got is a crappy ebay intake and ebay header. Lemme know.

Looks fine to me.

These cars don't exactly have much low end grunt (so don't expect more than Civic power before 4k), but your run through the vtec RPM range looks about the same as what my 68k mile 2000 GSR can do.

 

looks like its running pretty strong

 

and Hey, if you want to be 10000% sure its still running strong, just do a compression and leakdown test on it.
