Hey guys, I think im finally going to go with someone ive always wante to do and boost a car Ive been looking at kits I found a greddy kit off a buddy of mine. I was wondering how good the greddy kits are it comes with an 18G turbo... I was wondering if thats a god turbo to run im only lokoing to make 250whp and no idea for tq numbers yet...

that should work fine for that power level

 

Boosted LS's are fun. The 18g is more than enough for 250whp. Since this is your first time doing this then I would recommend that you stay away from anything called XS Power and dont cheap out on engine management. Happy boosting...lol

keep us updated on the project. I have a block, rods and bearing but no piston and rings. The blocks +0.20 overbored. Do you know where I can get the them.

Yeah turbo xs is junk a stupid buddy of mine just bought a turbo xs bov for his srt4 stage 3 like an idiot LOL... im staying away from junk. just build slowly and do it right
