Need advice building my head
Actually, if you're looking at about 400-450whp, and the head is complete, really... Nothing.
Sure you can make sure the head is straight by going to a machine shop to pressure test, and resurface the head. otherwise, use some ARP headstuds and a good OEM headgasket. Call it a wrap.
Anything more and you'll need to get specific as to what you're trying to achieve

But im trying to get about 300 -400 i was looking at brian crower standard valves , high pressure dual race valve springs, retainers.

Overkill. Especially for 300-400whp. Turbo cams are not AT ALL needed on a Honda. Stick w/ some GS-Rs, look at what I wrote above, and look towards your block.
h-beam rods and some forged pistons. get them the block bore .5over and throw the headstuds in it and start tuning and get your 450hp pretty easily
