what k24 head? a k24a2 head? yes but you will have piston to valve interference because it was not meant for a k24a2 or k20a2 or k20z3 head.
your best bang for the buck would be to turbo or supercharge your k20a3 300whp is about the limit on those rods

i have a ep3 right now with a k20z3 in it what could I do with that bad boy

You could do a quick spooling turbo setup with that k20z3. Im doing a tr3030r (modified garrett gt3076r) with a sidewinder manifold on a k20a2. Should spool up in the low 4000's and breathe good enough for just under 500whp.
Only thing I am doing to the engine as for supporting mods is valve springs and retainers.
