Default I'm stumped! someone help

Alright well i have been trying to troubleshoot my friends teggy. The car ran fine with the stock GSR that was in there. We swaped in a built and boosted LSvtec and the car runs excellent. Has been tuned and has put down great power. The problem that I am having is whenever the headlights get turned on (which they are HID headlights) the car pretty much flat out dies. It does the same thing with the windows when the car is at an idle. Now if you up the idle to 2000rpm then the headlights nor the windows effect the car. It pretty much seems to be from 1800rpms and below the car will cut off. Im completely stumped and have exhausted all my thoughts of diagnostics. If anyone could help me out that would be awesome. And the car ran fine with HIDs, power windows, and a/c with the gsr in it.

How old is your battery? How do you have your battery wired up (to the altenator and main fuse box). The increase electrical power draw is probably throwing on off the injectors

What did you guys use to tune the motor with?

The battery is fairly new still under warranty. I got it checked by 2 advanced autoparts and an autozone. Autozone said it was bad and both advances said it was still good. The battery i think is connected to the fuse box/starter.

Have you had a proper load test done on the charging system? 94

No haven't done one of those yet. Still haven't figured anything else out either, still doing same thing.

ELD (electronic load detector) may be failing. it's built into the fusebox. pretty sure that most repair manuals should give info on testing it.

could be a bad earth, check that all the earths have been put back on that come from the engine harness. the battery has nothing to do with powering the car once its on, the alternator does that. the battery is only for starting

I switched the fuse box with 2 other ones in hopes of that already and its still been doing the same.

And i have 3 grounds in the engine bay, 1 on the motor, 1 on the tranny and then the 1 on the thermostat housing.

While it's running check the battery voltage... should be 13.5-14V.
