Okay ive got a b18 im putting in my eg, fully built boosted, But im changing from auto to manual.

So my question is, Can i use the acura parts to transfer ( Pedals cables shifter etc ) or do i need to use a civic?

you should be ok with the pedals, You have to use the integra shift linkage or a '99 - '00 Si linkage when doing a B-series swap.
