Default gsr popping out of 4th after cuff install.

i put a trans cuff in my trans and now when i shift the car to 4th it feels like it not going in completely and when i let out on the clutch it pops right out. i pulled the trans back out and i had a spare case so i cut a hole in the top of it so i could see whats going on. from what i can see the synchro sleeve dont seam to be sliding completely onto the synchro part of the gear. i dont understand what could be doing this. i took a few pics so you could see whats going on. i may just buy a new synchro sleeve and sleeve gear and see if that fixes it. also is it normal for the main shaft to sit a little bit higher than the counter shaft when the case is off. it sits about 1/16" higher that the main shaft and im starting to think this may be my problem cause thats about the size of the gap when i try to go to 4th.

Take a pic of the sleeve down in 3rd the whole way. I can't see the gear or sleeve/hub being an issue if it physically can't travel the whole way in the manner that it is.

Also, it's normal for the CS to sit a bit lower. It raises up to flush when you lock the c-clip in place.
