Default Catch Can Setup on OBD1 B18a1 Block/ITR head

I want to add a Catch Can/PCV setup to my LS/VTEC. Right now I am using the stock system and want to upgrade due to high crankcase pressure.

What would be the best setup and how would I go about getting it setup?

Would I remove the black box and put something there? If so, how? because the black box just sits in there and has an O-ring on it to make the seal. That is pretty much all I am confused about.

You will have to get a freeze plug for the hole. I am doing the same thing and was wondering what to do about the pcv valve. Just remove it?

How is the freeze plug going to stay in the hole if its not threaded? If I take the stock breather box off the back, it is just a smooth hole, there are no threads to screw anything into back there.

The freeze plug will be fine, just clean the hole with alcohol or gasoline once you remove the oem breather box then dab some permatex or hondabond around the edges of the freeze plug then tap it in slightly until its snug.
