what exactly is this fitting for??? black box???

the fitting at the top of the block on the right side above the right freeze plug, if im running a catch can what do i do with it??
im trying to figure out if it's for the black box or if it's coolant
please confirm

the hose from the black box attaches to that.

I unscrewed it and screwed a bolt into there to plug it.

kool thanx man, thats how i have mine right now blocked off with a 12mm, buuuttt i was unsure that if it was vaccume it may be causing issues for the catch can setup, i have one freeze plug goin to catch can and the valve cover goin to catch can, does that seem alright??
