Default Catch can question

I am upon completing my ls/vtec turbo setup in my EF hatch and have been searching around for a decent catch can setup. I purchased a Greddy can etc. from my buddy but I am going to modify it to have a breather on top as it does not now, and also a drain. Now please someone tell me if I am correct here, I remove the whole PCV setup and the black breather box off the back of the block because when you boost a motor it no longer runs vaccuum, it runs positive pressure. So where do I get a plug for the location of black box as it does not have threads. Does anyone make an expandable plug once tightened? Please lead me in the right direction as I have searched but still am a little unclear.
