power steering removal?
i wanna remove the power steering system on my eg ... right now i just removed the belt...wat do i have to do besides remove the pump ......etc like the oil lines any help lmk
I went this route, except I used a Si VTEC rack and depowered the actual rack. In the end I wish I had just left the power steering on.
I guess the axle grease I used dried up because the rack would over heat on lapping days and would get stuck, I couldn't use the ebrake to shift weight because I needed two hands on the wheel to fight my diff locking and sending me in whatever direction the grooved in the tarmac pulled my tires..
Put your belt back on dude or buy an actual manual rack.
