hey, i have a fully built ls/vtec on 13.8 compression and i use 110 octange gas. my problem is that my spark plugs (which are size 10) keep going out after roughly 30 miles of driven time. the engine starts to detonate when i punch it at high rpm at first. then slowly to lower rpm after time. but if i put new ones it will be fine and repeats all over again. what is this normal????

 

post this in the all motor forum with things like. what plug you actually have, what your AF looks like. who did the map or what kind of timing the car has

 

is the motor tuned?
