EM1 Running rich =( help

EM1 Running rich =( help
MY Si is running rich having idle problems and turning off on me. Some people have told me that i may have Water in the gas tank.. Any other ideas?

Engine taking a long time to warm up?
2-wire ECT sensor have the correct resistance?
Exhaust leak near or upstream of the O2 sensor?
Fuel pressure too high?
Valve clearances set to spec?
Fuel injector stuck open?
