Icon6 Help! B18c1 swap issues

I have just recently swapped a B18c1 into my 94 civic sedan. The motor was rebuilt with new everything. I tried to start the car up after putting it in and it bogs really bad. Sounds like no airflow. I haven't had issues like this in the past swaps i had done with GSR's. It also wont go past 3,000 rpm's. I checked all the wires and everything and it all seems to be where it should be. Anybody knows or has any ideas as to what it might be? please let me know. Thanks.

I checked everything you had mentioned. I checked the ecu as it was chipped to the motor. i tried my guys stock gsr ecu also and still didnt work. The tps sensor i made sure was plugged in. The injectors was replaced. the O2 sensor is plugged in. i checked everything.

what harness are you using? if you noticed, the plug for the map and tps sensors are the same, sometimes you can plug them in to the wrong place, check to make sure if everything is plugged in to the right place. have you also checked for vaccuum leaks?

sounds like limp mode.. make sure your using the right plug for your map. you car may have the map on the firewall so you'd have to use that plug not the one on the gsr harness. also you need to check for trouble codes. your purge solenoid and iat plugs could be swapped. but that would ruin your iat.
