I have b16 93 civic p28 ecu. Seems to happen when warmed up fully. i try to cruise it then it bogs and when i accel. it bogs. But when i floor it power comes back. seems like it bogs from 3000-6000ish rpm. i do have bad spark plug wires and the dizzy rotor rattles sometimes. also my vtec does not work idk if that relates. my radiator cap is kinda messed up. im missing a hose from the pcv box to the intake manifold. only code thrown is 08 TDC sensor. i need help.

 

i would open your distributer and check it out. the screw for the rotor might be missing. then fix your wires. basic tune up stuff

 

change your plugs wires rotor and cap if its not that then its probably your ignition coil. you have a CEL?
