Default need help with my ls vtec build

hey im having trouble my ls vtec build i already own the b18a1 block with the gsr head im looking to make atleast 210hp and some good tq with a budget of 3000 need advice on which parts to use

Pistons, rods
cams, springs, retainers
You could also stroke it
or were you looking for specific brands?

im helping him with the build, but im a nissan guy so im new to what works with hondas, in the end pistons and rods and valves are all the same but idk where to search for his parts

his goal is all motor for about 210 hp 150tq to keep up with my NEO sr but we are still trying to source his parts

im looking for eagle rods not sure on the pistons and the head im open for brands

cp pistons
head you can go crower, skunk2, jun, cant think of any more right now, those three are my top choices though

Random thought:

You could use the search function to look at some of the many, many dyno posts and see which builds deliver the power level you are looking for . . . .

Or, just scroll through the dyno sticky at the top of the forum.
