91 CRX rebuild
I just bought a 91 DX with a D15B2 in it. The previous owner who had it totally riced it out and I'm bringing it back to a clean stock si look. I have almost all the black si interior and have completly stripped the car and cleaned it and am in the process of installing the si pieces. One of my problems is that my turn signals/hazards weren't workin. I checked the fuses and relays and they were fine, then after removing my steering wheel I noticed these two wires that were cut on the steering column. One is a black/red and the other is white/blue. I can't find a black/red wire anywhere in my haynes wiring diagram. Does anyone know what these go/are for? Possibly my link to the turn signal problem. I attached a picture of the wires and some of what the car looked like before a got it. I know sweet custom interior paint lol.

Well I figured out the blinkers and hazards, the guy for some reason had taped up one of the plugs that completes the circuit. I have now swapped almost all of the si interior in, I will post pics soon. Even got my vin switched to my si dash. I got all the si trim at a junkyard for 23$! I still need door cards, center console and glove box. Carpet would be nice too. I also picked up the rear break conversion. Before you know it this will be a happy little EF-er

Thought I'd finally update my build and show you all what horrors I'm dealing with lol. Just pulled the engine today and started tearing it down. I want to find the person who had this car before me and back hand them in the face for doing such a terrible job on this poor car. At least 50% of the bolts are stripped or cross threaded, and the rest are either missing or the wrong ones.

I have no idea what the heck this guy did, if you look at the timing cover he cut part of it to make the engine mount fit and then used some bolds that were too big (which stripped out the holes severely) and used some washers and nuts as ghetto *** spacers to force them to fit.
As you can see my valves need some love

Unfortunately it's a dx D15B2, but I'm not sure if the last guy swapped a d16 head on or not. I know the intake manifold is for the DPFI. I'm not sure if there is a difference between the D16 and D15 heads anyway. Either way I don't have an si
pm3-9 is a stock d15b2 head...as stated above the difference is in the camshaft between the d15b2 and d16a6 head...!!!
