Adjust your thermo valve, its under the throttle body, there are 2 8mm screws on the back of it take it off and use a common screw driver to screw the white fitting back down tight. If that doesn't work, check for vacuum leaks. To clean your IACV there are 2 12mm bolts in the back of the intake manifold, remove them and then disconnect the electrical connector, and the two coolant lines from the bottom. Clean the valve with brake clean, get all the black buildup off the screen and out of the open hole. Installation is reverse of removal.
