There is a thingy (not sure the name) under your intake manifold, its got two coolant lines going to it, u have to remove it and tighten the disc that has a spring on the other side, Usually thats the culprit. scissors usually work the best to tighten it.
hopefully someone else can explain it better than me. Just did it to mne and it fixed the problem.

Na what you want to do is take off the IACV and clean it with brake/carb cleaner, like spray that **** all over and in it. At the same time on the underside of the throttle body you want to take off the plate and adjust the FITV.
Take off the intake and just inside the throttle body is a small 1/2inch hole, that leads to the FITV. When the engine is cold you should feel air being sucked threw tha hole. Go start your car and stick your finger over that hole and see if the idle calms down any.

now your gonna think it IS a vac leak, because i put my hand over the tb it did not choke out....the rpms barely dropped. but there is no air getting sucked in from anywhere, and it happened right after i sprayed tb cleaner into the throttle body so how could it be a vac leak!?

no air that you can hear...spray some carb cleaner everywhere around the intake manifold and listen for the rpms rising
coincidence

when you find a leak they will go higher up than the high part of the current up and down. and might stop fluctuating depending on how big of a leak you have.
