All what i'm asking is that if D16A6 Pistons and Rods fit in an D15B2?

the pistons will fit into the cyliners, yes. not sure what rods you will need though.

Rods need to be D15 Rods...the journal sizes are different

d15's have different size rod journals than D16's. You CAN use the pistons, but you need to get your rods swapped.

^ that would be correct, the journal sizes are different.
