well you would know if you had a hydrolic clutch (in an EF). if your EF/ED is stock then you have a cable clutch, which has a plastic adjuster nut above the clutch arm. there is nothing to bleed for the clutch in these cars,

You don't have a hydro tranny so no need to bleed the clutch.

Depends if its the clutch or just the pedal. My pedal always squeaked...

Squeaky clutch pedal should have you examining the pedal assembly.
It's somewhat common for the assembly to crack and break.

if it squeaks at idle outside the car not by the pedal sounds like it could the the TOB (throw-out-bearing)

i dont think throw outs squeak when they go
