Default clutch problems

i dont know much about hyrdo clutches cause i just bought an eg and had a ef civic with a cable clutch. but my clutch is not engaging sometimes and then sometimes it wants to stay engaged. when it doesnt go into gear with the clutch in if i turn the car off put it in gear and then turn the car on then its already engaged with my foot to the floor on the clutch. i dont think anythings wrong with the clutch cause when i drive it and it does engage nothing is slipping. i bled the system twice already and its still doin it. anyone have any ideas?

Just be cause it's engaging doesn't mean your clutch isn't bad. It basically breaks down into two areas: hydraulic system or the clutch itself
Hydro: Remove boot on slave cylinder to see if you have leakage. If so, replace. If that doesn't work, you might need to bleed the master replace it altogether.
Clutch: If you are sure the hydraulics are good (you can see the slave cylinder pushing the clutch release arm a good inch or so). If the clutch linings are coming off, or the diaphragm spring fingers on the pressure plate are worn, you might not be able to disengage. That require you to drop your tranny and change the clutch.
