OBD0 to OBD1 injection
OK. OBD0 fuel injectors I been told run with a restior box that drops the voltage down to around 8 volts in OBD1 cars do they have restior boxs and if they do not do the injectors run on 12 volts. Are the injectors plugs different in anyway. The reson for asking it, I am haveing a problem with my injectors not working and I feel I might have got some from a OBD1 Car. Can anyone shed some light on this.

obd1 injectors do not require a resistor box because the internal resistance of the injector is high enough to not need one.
The obd1 injector clips are different from the obd0 clips, however, so if you know your injector clips are the stock ones and no one has ever performed a "wiring project" on your car, then most likely you do not have high impedance injectors installed.
As the most unlikely scenario, I believe you CAN buy injectors that fit the obd0 clips but are also high impedance. They would be aftermarket injectors however, and would probably look quite a bit different from stock Honda injectors.
your best bet is to check the resistance of the injectors you have. if they are around 10 ohms or higher, then they are considered high impedance and will not need a resistor box. If the resistance is 4-6 ohms or so, then you have low impedance injectors, and you do need a resistor box for those.
and for the record, if your injectors are not working, it absolutely could be caused by resistance issues, meaning you have mixed a resistor box with injectors that do not need one. I would suggest finding some low impedance injectors if you have a resistor box, just so you don't have a wiring project on your hands trying to use the high impedance injectors.
