Default Ignition timing...searching done

Regarding the following:

2000 AV6 (J30A1)
I/H/E/TL-S cams

The scenario:

I'm about to install a Zex nitrous kit in the car (came in yesterday). In order to run it at a 75 shot, I'll need to retard the timing by 4 deg. As this is a distributorless ignition system, I'll have to do it with some sort of add-on to the ECU.

In my research, I've been unable to find any rock-solid answers for the following questions:

1. Can a OBDII>>OBD1 harness/chipped ECU be used with this car (if so...which one(s))?
2. If not, is there a piggyback (Greddy/Apexi/etc) that would allow for this (and work with VTEC) for this model car?

3. Does anyone know of a reputable tuner/dyno anywhere in the Jackson, MS area?

If there are answers out there, please direct me to them. I apologize in advance if I happened to miss out on some huge repository of info that everybody else already knew about.

Yes, there will be an adjustment screw which can be adjusted the advance or retardation of the ignition timing, but that can be checked with the digital ignition timer machine.

take a look at SMT6. It allows to control engines up to 8 cylinders I think.
