AC Problems
Hey guys, I have a 96 db8 and I'm having problems with AC. When I turn on my AC and it is just running I have a PSI meter from an AC recharge kit and it says it is at 46psi. I know that is a little to much. How would I release the extra coolant from the line?
Also I have noticed that when my AC is on my rpm jumps up and down from 400 to 1000 then back down. I have opened the hood up when I noticed this and it seems like the compressor is clicking. I believe this means that it is turning on and off and the motor seems to be jerking. I stuck on PSI meter when this happened and the needle shot up to like 77psi when the motor was like clicking. Is my compressor dying?
