TSX AC Woes

TSX AC Woes
Bought a 2007 TSX MT last year for the extra room and reliability.
AC compressor was shot, so I had that replaced along with the drier. Had the system evacuated and refilled by a shop.
AC will not blow cold past 85 degrees F. Works pretty well under 85 degrees F.
Does not work well at IDLE.
BOTH fans kick on, compressor clutch engages when AC is turned on and STAYS on. Disengages when AC is turned off.
These are the static pressures IE car turned off.
These are the pressures with the car on and ac running on Lo, full blast.
Do I have a blockage somewhere? Expansion valve? Please advise, as I live in Virginia and its hotter than a hoochie coochie right now. Thank you.
