B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator Problem
I dunno if anyone else has had this problem since i couldn't find any using search but i just bought a Brand New B&M 46059 Fuel Pressure Regulator and the bottom piece doesn't match up to the top piece. using a pic from pwjdm as an example.

see how those hex screws just screw right into the bottom piece. mine doesn't do that. its actually off a few mm on 3 corners if i put 1 screw in.
anyone else ever had that problem? if so what'd you do to fix it or did it just work out somehow.

did it look like this before you put it on?

yes i know i have the screw backwards, using the screw to show how far off it is from the hole. sorry for the huge pic tho.
two more, one from the other side.

i understand i have to cut my OEM fuel pressure regulator but shouldn't that screw holes line up anyway? unless you have to squeeze the bottom bracket of the B&M FPR Adjuster for it to line up.
maybe i should rephrase the question. shouldn't the bottom part of the B&M FPR Adjuster screw together with the top part of the B&M FPR without the OEM FPR in it?
like the screws should line up before even attempting to fit the OEM FPR in. shouldn't it?
what i'm worried about is if i cut my fpr up and the B&M one doesn't fit properly, i'm stuck without a FPR.
maybe i have a B&M FPR from a bad batch or something. just wanted to see if anyone elses lined up before the oem fpr went in.

Return it.
I just installed my Blox and before I cut my stock regulator I did line up all the holes. All 4 holes should line up regardless if the aftermarket regulator is mounted or not.
