ok, i got my door panel off, and i found the infamous "loose window" problem in G3 tegs. anyway, the window track closest to the front of the car is loose, the screw is missing, I was wondering if anyone has a pic of the assembly there? like what kinda screw should I screw the track back into with? is there a washer inbetween??

what should i use to stick that rubber track back onto the railing? will crazy glue work?

also...
when i put the rubber guide track back onto the steel rails and test out my window... it comes down good for about 5" and then it slows down quite a bit... seems something is in its way, and has a really hard time coming down, then it speeds up again... i checked the rubber track but it looks good...
what else could be causing this???
