Default Window keeps coming off track

I have a 2000 hatch and the driver side window keeps coming off track, so every once and a while when it decides to pop out i have to remove the door panel and put it back on track. Any ideas as to why this keeps hapening even after i put it back on track?

tried it i dont know why it keeps doing it, once you roll the window halfway down it starts to get hard to roll and then it pops off track

I had the problem that when I rolled the window up the window would pop out of the track. I ended up replacing the window regulator unit and when I pulled the old one out I noticed the scissor assembly was wider when collapsed than the new one (meaning it was all kinds of bent out of shape, probably from previous attempts at theft...)...

Simple way to tell is look down the window while rolling it up or down with the interior panel off, if the scissor assembly looks really bowed out it's probably bent and needs to be replaced.... It's an expensive fix but I found it was the easiest thing to do beyond the guild I've got on how to "adjust" the tracks (send me a pm if you want it)...

I used to have the same problem until I replaced the regulator.
Mine was all twisted when I took it out.
A new one did the trick.

pretty much all you need to do is loosen 2 10mm bolts that hold down the tracks, they are on the bottom of the door on the far left and right side and then readjust them so the window fits in them. its kind of a bitch to put the window in the left side track because theres not much space to move your arm around. (At least thats how it is for the EK)

You probably have a slightly bent window regulator.

replace the regulator, then when you are replacing it clean the run channel with soap and water.

Im going through the same problem right. One tech told me that it was the run channel and then someone else told me it was the regulator. It sounds like its the regulator. I priced it at the local honda dealership and it was 60 aft tax w/o the motor
