H22a Swapped accord, whining issue
i have a 95 H22a swapped accord, bought it like this, it didnt have the all familiar h22 whining noise when i bought the car, sounded solid. the past week im getting the "supercharger" whining sound, ive done my searching on htech. My a/c does not work, but the compressor is stillon with a pulley and belt to it, the timing belt was NOT just replaced, it has 25k on it. Could it be the pulley finally going bad on my a/c compressor?

Pull the drive belt off and start the engine while cold. If the noise isn't there any more, you've got your answer.
Automatic or standard transmission?

Nice. I was gonna say that it can also be a Balancer Belt that is too tight, but it can't be that, since you bought it when it sounded nice and solid.
^ he bought it without paying attention to the whining sound, maybe he was happy with the test drive and didn't really care about it then.
The whining noise is usually the balance shaft belt being on too tight, you must loosen the tension on this belt.
