I have a 2007 Accord V6 A/T with 55k on it. Occasionally when it's about 30-45 degrees and moist the engine makes a squealing sound from the front of the car, belt side.

Before today it hasn't happened in over a month. Today the noise was still there when the engine was warm, when I rev it to about 1500 in N it makes a sound every second or so but above 1500 RPM it's quiet. Even when I drove today and let off the gas, the RPMs would drop to just above 1k and it would make the squealing sound.

It's early to think it's the TB so I'm thinking the idler and/or tensioner pulley? If the noise doesn't come back after today should I still be worried about it? It has made this noise probably less than 10 times over the winter.

You can take the belt off, and run the engine for a few seconds, to eliminate everything driven by the serpentine belt. While the belt is off, you could try turning the pulleys by hand, to check for looseness. If the pulleys seem good, I would try replacing the belt first. The belt is the most likely cause.

I have an 03 Accord EX V6. Mine used to also make noise, especially on cold, damp days. The noise went away when I replaced it.

to me that sounds like a bearing squeal of some type, where it's coming from is unknown until it could be personally inspected.

UPDATE: I replaced the belt and the noise has gone away as of 2 trips today. We'll see if it comes back anytime soon.

mine did the same as soon as I changed the belt the noise went away.

wont hear no noise for a long while unless the tension pulley wares out

Yes, I replaced the accessory belt,which was making the noise on mine. And, the timing belt and water pump at the same time.
