i live in boston..

well right now i got my car stock.. but i want to star tuning it. well the mods i will get so far are
injen CAI
megan racing cat back
megan midpipe
dc headers
Kpro
thats all i got so far in mind to get for my ep3.. but anyone has more mods.. cause i just can think of those..besides a turbo kit..??
hey which is the best ep3 turbo kit bolt on you can buy?
want to make 250-300 on a stock block?
and on a turbo kit do i need mbc right??

you can make 250-300 no problem with boost or spray...
I'd recommend a better header brand and exhaust if you want to make better numbers though...
And it's RBC not MBC cause I'm assuming you're talking about the intake manifold.
*If you plan on going boost don't buy anything and start buying your kit and a 3" exhaust.

u think that the revhard turbo kit is good? it has the Kpro in the package right?

250 to 300 whp on a stick ep3 block. Good luck. Hope u got deep pockets!! And rbc wont do **** for the a3 block!! I would also stay away from megan unless u like replacing ur parts after a couple years. Do it right or dont do it at all. And i agree with kobe, do ur research!! Rev hard it a good company but i'd rock full race if i were to turbo!!!

so you can drive around in your 250+ boosted a3 and save up for that k24 and just swap all the parts over. the only thing you will need is like motor mounts but everythin else is already at your disposal!
the a3 is trash when its NA but if you boost it, it will keep up and **** up evos and sti! its a good motor that can take up to 320hp depending on how hard you push it!
i noticed on h-t, people always say "go do your own research." lol. if you don't want to help them, then don't. but this is a way of research, asking people for suggestions for direct feedback. he's asking people who know more knowledge than him, and he learns in the process.

Its not that we don't want to help but there is an FAQ and this topic has been covered more then 100 times...
Also Megan isn't as bad as they use to be... the are a little better now but most people still remember how crap they were when they first came out!
Skunk2 is another prime example... They use to be very good but now they are referred to as Junk2 or Scarp2...

Don't get me wrong I don't mind if you ask for our opinion about certain things (except for what wheels, what wing, what lip... leave to for the picture thread plz). I will gladly give you my opinion or help you out but you got to some research on your own!
Its like my teacher always tells us in class if he keep troubleshooting all our problems what is the point of being in computers??? You got to do part of the work... help me help you! I can't tell you want to do you got to tell me this is what I want whats your thoughts?
The only thing is that when it comes to basic power mods like intake, header, exhaust its been asked and done before... so a lot of threads with good info! When it comes to more complicated stuff like cams, pistons etc... ya I can see the info starts getting limited as not everybody does it! Its like suspension, its been covered a million times the info hasn't changed but if you want to know what camber to use, swaybars etc... more complex stuff is not going to get the above comments such as go research it, its been covered already, blah blah blah... plus attitude!
I don't want to be a dick just it gets annoying because you keep answering the same question and the threads with good question get flushed out for these types of questions (sorry OP not hating on you personally)! One problem is that the mods of this section don't do anything at all for us... just look at our for sale thread, its of the month of JUNE!!!
