Default turbo build advice needed

Sup guys, first off i know somewhere on the net or this site this question has been asked. However im asking because im looking for input and advice strictly for me.

Ok, my motor is a ls/vtec

im running a garret .60 trim turbo (journal bearing)
450cc injectors
tial wg
ebay BOV
Ebay fmic and piping.
Ramhorn exhaust manifold
running open downpipe
ARP HEAD STUDS
ARP ROD BOLTS
ALL new bearings

I just ordered and recieved eagle rods
and wiseco low comp pistons (81mm)

MY GOAL IS 350-400 WHP

i plan to have my car tuned by CENTRAL FLORIDA TURBO

In all honesty is my goal realistic and does it sound reliable?

you will need bigger injectors for that kind of power, 450s are good to around 300.

definitly gonna need some bigger injectors, but otherwise sounds pretty good. while you have the bottom end apart maybe do ARP main studs just for a piece of mind(its only like 80 bucks). and why you running open downpipe? track only car?

cops around where i live don't bother you to much upon how loud your car is so open down pipe could probably help the hp right?

so everyone believes this could be reliable without sleeving my block ? it will be my dd so i wont be gunning it all the time.

open downpipe on a DD?? wow that would get annoying real quick. you do realise how loud open downpipe is right? and im pretty sure any cop would pull over a 350-400 horse open downpipe car anywhere. unless you live where there is no such thing as cops.. as for helping the HP ya im sure it helps.

and as long as you have a good tune stock sleeves will be good. i personally wont push my stock sleeves past 400 but ive heard of much higher numbers.

i've heard an open downpipe on a 250 hp car and yea it was pretty damn loud i must admit. i may just run a 3" all the way back if its to loud.
