Default TILTON CLUTCH ISSUE !! HELP

Hey, im looking for some help with my tilton twin disc , i recently installed a tilton twin disc ceramic clutch on a b series transmission with tilton master and hydraulic throwout bearing and also flow control valve , car shifts smooth normal driving conditions, ive tried bleeding several times, adjusting pedal stop from its lowest point to its highest point and at higher revs gears do not go in . has anyone had any sucess using this type of set up with a stock synchro transmissions, or is it only meant to work with dog engagement? thank u .

Where is the pedal when the clutch engages? Is it high or low?

What gear are you adjusting the engagement in? I had the same issue for a while, wasn't able to shift at high rpm so I tried adjusting while the car was in 3rd or 4th gear and it worked for me..

Ive tried either way high or low i tried several different pedal heights , from its stock point to its lowest setting , at it lowest travel point if i had the pedal all the way down and would hit the too step car would move foward.

chill out. Maybe the other 218 viewers are just wanting to read and learn from the others that made gave the input. Or maybe some of those 218 viewers have the same problem and just waiting for to see some answers like you.

Just because there's views doesnt mean everyone has to chime in and say they dont know the answer.

Make sure you installed the hydrolic bearing the right way. I seen a few people instal them backwards. Did you use the correct fluid?

How are you shifting when it is having the trouble? Are you shifting full throttle, or lifting on each shift? Does it have trouble shifting in all gears?

If you only have problems in 1 gear, it's likely a transmission or shifting issue. If it's in all gears, it's probably the clutch.

I've seen the Tilton cerametallic clutches warp floaters pretty bad. If the clutch is used, i'd pull it and inspect everything.
