So I bought a 96 ex shell and later bought a 98 GSR to swap in it. So as I tryed to make sure I had the correct mounts I noticed the mount on the driver side did not fit to the pins. So at first I thought I had the wrong mount but then later I realized it seemed like someone changed the piece with the pins on it. So my question is where is the piece with the pins from and what mount fits on it?

mount and bracket need to come from a '99 - '00 Civic Si.

 

that is the mount and bracket from a 99-00 si.....

 

When I said mount I actually meant the 2 post mount attached to the block itelf.

 

i dont think its from a 99-00 si, its most likely from the integra

Doesn't appear to be from an Integra, they use a 3 post mount, which is why you need the Si mount and bracket in the first place.

i was thinking of my buddys mount, 2 studs and a bolt.

 

Actually upon closer inspection you may be right. I see a third hole.

 

one way to find out. op is that third hole in front of the 2 studs threaded or have a bolt underneath??

if it is you have a integra mount, not civic.
