Default 94 dx b16 swap

I am looking into swapping the D15B7 out of my 94 DX for a B16A2. The motor swap i am looking at says it comes complete with stock mounts, computer, engine harness, ecu axles, and shift linkage. My question is, a friend of mine did this swap on his teg and said he had lot of wiring problems cause the computer on a jdm car is on the left side not the right side so the wiring was backwards. Am i going to have this same problem? I do have a 95 del sol si that i was going to take the harness out of that went through the firewall and the engine harness if that would make things easier. And is there anything else i will need? I have searched multiple times on here and keep finding bits and pieces but nothing definitive.

Also, i was thinking about swapping the rear disc brakes off the del sol onto the Civic. Is that possible? i see alot of the parts as being the same but want to make sure.

Thanks H-T Members for any and all useful info.

if the replacement engine is a JDM engine, you need to use your USDM engine's harness onto the JDM engine for the engine to connect to the body's wiring harness

the del sol spindles will work but check out picking up a proportioning valve from a 90-91 civic ex. it is bigger 15/16" and will bolt right up for more braking power

Sorry, the motor was listed as a jdm b16a2, so thats what i put. Which motor is the actual jdm B16? and is it really any better than a USDM B16?

also i have searched and read the FAQ's tons of times but still couldn't find the right answers.
