Default b18c1 (GSR) into a 94 cpe dx.

I have a old 94 dx cpe and am looking for alot more power. I am just wondering what I will all need to to the swap of a b18c1, and yes I know mounts, engine, tranny, ecu. But do I need harness and axels and other unmentioned stuff? Also where is a good place to buy this engine and how much would it cost me. Also I am planning on going turbo before the next summer. Is this a good engine to start with and if not what would be better, thanks again.

ps I am only looking at spending around 2-3k on the engine swap itself, if that is helpful.

if it is usdm it is better to get the harness and axles. if jdm you can not use the harness but no prob. just reuse the dx one and add vtec and vtop and knock and IAB and get a USDM ecu. gsr's are good for turbo in my opinion
