Its your axels, check and make sure it is intalled correctly. When you pulled your lca did you support the knuckle or just let it hang down? I bet that sucka popped out or is now damaged. I had this same problem on my wifes accord last week after installing a new uca, and tie rod end (and didn't suppport the knuckle :/ ).

i let it hang.. i thought it was the axle, which was bad anyways, and i replaced that and its still doing the same thing.. i just loosend the inner control arm bolts and supported the car and jacked the spindles up and tighten then again. it also vibrates if i turn it to the right while driving

Did you tighten the axle nut to specs? Could be the wheel bearings, they will cause the same thing to happen, especially if they are not torqued properly.

sure did.. foun out the guy that had the car previously used a DA one so i had to get another civic one.. though on the passenger side i couldnt get the radius rod holes to line up with the tapped holes on the control arm with it mounted to the frame.. so i undid that bolt n dropped it back down to put the radius bolts in and i played hell getting the control arm back in the frame mount

theres gotta be something your missing when your virtually inspecting this. put the front up in the air and try wiggling the knuckles and control arms to see if theres any play on them.

so i took it to my friends shop today and rolled it on the rack to get an on ground perspective.. the axle i just replaced is straight, no bends or anything.. driver side axle is all kinds of bent. like if u take the end knuckle and tilt it as far is it will go thats how both ends are.. so im thinking the rotation is whacked out.. changing it in the morning

got everything swapped out.. even re-put the control arm on and its even worse.. i know its the axle on the driver side.. the one on the passenger side is perfect. the shaft is in the center of both housings.. on the driver side the shaft is at the top of the tranny side housing and the bottom of the wheel side housing.. i cant seem to fix this freakin problem

everything checks out.. the caster is where it should be now and the axle still looks like its in a bind. when i can get a ride im gona warranty out my axle n try putting another in.. it may be a bad axle from the company

well the only problem im having now is when i try to make a right turn it does it but its not as bad.. its still drivable. in my honest opinion instead of buying new control arms and running into the same problem i did with the length.. just get a set of energy suspension polyurethane bushings n put em in.. that way the length is still the same and ul have the durability of the urethane.. i think thats what im going to end up doing.. find a old set of control arms and just go that route
